But both perform much worse with Teamspeak. Also, the earphone on the Plantronics is MUCH worse than the Jabra. CS50/55 both work well with Skype, as does the Jabra. Workmanship is top notch. Probably a Teamspeak issue; wired headsets will give much better quality with TS. But this and the CS55 have the same problem: tinny Plantronics sound. It works first time, easy to put in the cradle, comes with many different earpieces. Better get the Jabra GN9350e instead, which has significantly better, more natural sound quality when you speak.
I believe a different model is necessary for use with a home phone system. Sound quality is excellent. I have used this phone for years with my office digital phone and it works wonderfully. I never had trouble with breakage.
maybe I'm just getting old. the ear piece is incredibly uncomfortable so I have to use the headband which keeps the speaker just a little away from the ear so I have trouble hearing soft talkers, and the volume doesn't go high enough.
The second hung up on me. This product does not work, and technical support is very rude. Don't waste your money. The third just was not trying to work with me at all. I talked to three different people in one day. The first got disconnected and never called baack.
But it's not to comfortable for the ear, it can be a little better. Excellent product, easy to used, good look.
